As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit your claim to your insurance carrier. We can assist you in understanding your particular insurance coverage and will provide you with an “estimate” of expected insurance reimbursement for procedures. The patient portion is due at time of treatment unless other financial arrangements have been made.
